Here are some of the different design services and packages I offer. Pre-planned packages can be great if you're new to branding and are unsure what your business needs. Or if you'd like to see what packages and project sizes are within your budget. However, we can also hop on a call and create a custom package.

1 BRAND IDENTITY

A brand identity is all the visual elements of your brand. This package offers everything you'll need to create a unique and cohesive brand image, and includes a guide on how to use your new branding assets.

2 BRAND IDENTITY + STRATEGY

This package includes everything in the brand identity, plus a strategy and marketing guide. Not only will you have a cohesive brand image, you'll also be able to effectively understand your target audience.

3 WEBSITE DESIGN

This can include any website design, from portfolio, to e-commerce. A completely custom website, created with customers in mind to boost visibility and sales.

DISCOVERY

The discovery phase starts as soon as you inquire. I'll send an onboarding email, inviting you to a custom Notion portal, which will layout the process and help centralize all the info for the project. In this email I'll also ask if you'd like to book a discovery call to help me better understand the scope of the project and see if we're a good fit. Or if you'd prefer, I can send a custom questionnaire for you to fill out instead.

Once we've finished the discovery call, or you've filled out your custom questionnaire, I'll send over a project proposal. The proposal will outline the scope of the project, in terms of deliverables, pricing breakdown, timeline and more.

CONTRACTS + INVOICES

The next step will be setting up the contract and invoices. So once you're happy with the proposal, I'll send over a contract and invoice through Contra. The contract will again layout the scope and deliverables of the project, and include clauses to protect both you and I. You'll be required to pay 50% upfront, however you'll pay the full project fee to Contra, and it will act as a third party, and hold the final 50% until you sign off on the project. If at any point you have any issues, you can let me know, or reach out to Contras support team, as they also handle disputes.

GETTING STARTED

Now we can start the fun stuff, the designing. Depending on how much we discussed your brand in the discovery call, or through the questionnaire, I may request an additional call or questionnaire. This will be all about your brand, your vision, and your target market. This way I can gather all the information at once, have a clear understanding of how you want your brand to be portrayed, and give me a good jumping off point for further research.

Now that we've discussed your brand and vision on detail, I can get started on gathering research. This will include research on your target market, competitors, as well as trends in your niche. I'll then use this information to create two design directions for your brand/website. However, if you're interested in a full Brand Identity + Strategy, I'll also give you this information in a presentation so you can better understand your audience and how to market your brand, to use your new brand elements even more effectively.

DESIGN PRESENTATION

Now that I've completed all my research and finished creating your brand or website directions, I'll present both of them to you. We can go over the presentation together or you can view it in your own time.

Next is time for revisions, you'll choose the design direction you're happy with, and let me know of any changes you'd like made, then I can make the new necessary changes and present your new designs.

We can also repeat this process until you're happy with your final brand or website.

Off-Boarding

Now that you're happy with your new designs, it's time to make them yours. You'll need to approve the project through Contra, and pay the final 50%. I'll then upload any deliverables and presentations to Notion, and send them through Contra.

I'd also appreciate it if you could leave me a review through Contra and Notion.
